Institutional Note on Slab Protection
While physical dimensions vary, all major labs utilize sonic-welding to ensure tamper-evidence. The weight and "feel" of a slab often impact perceived value—BGS acrylic is notably heavier (0.35" thickness), whereas PSA and CGC prioritize storage efficiency with thinner profiles.
