Company history

Football and cricket[1][2]

Futera entered the market in 1989 and focused on football and cricket. Its products combined action photography with autographs and memorabilia, and the company built a following among collectors outside the American sports-card mainstream.

Modern high-end[2][3]

Modern Futera releases are high-end autograph and memorabilia products, often with low serial numbers and on-card signatures. The brand remains a specialist in international football and cricket rather than a mass-market manufacturer.

How this manufacturer's stock, cutting and production method affect the four grading pillars.
